The body has wisdom.
We cannot understand every part of ourselves through thought alone. The body gives us information, sensation and access to parts of experience that words sometimes cannot reach.
My work didn't begin with a method. It began with my own experience of losing myself, finding my way back, and discovering that understanding yourself and actually living differently are two very different things.
My story →
Body.
Experience.
Intuition.
Life.
There were periods of my life where I lost myself inside patterns, relationships and ways of living that kept taking me further away from who I actually was.
I spent years trying to understand why people repeat the things they know are hurting them, why insight isn't always enough to create change, and why you can know something intellectually while your body is still living something completely different.
That search eventually took me beyond personal development and talking about what had happened — and into the body, the breath, meditation, spirituality, intuition and a much deeper relationship with myself.
Strength had always been familiar to me. Fitness, leadership, work and responsibility were worlds I understood.
But being strong and being connected to yourself are not always the same thing.
My own experiences led me into counselling, personal development and eventually the practices that changed the way I related to myself altogether.
Breathwork, somatics, meditation and spiritual exploration opened a layer I hadn't been able to think my way into. I began understanding the wisdom of the body, the power of intuition and the difference between knowing why something happened and actually moving through it.
There was another realisation waiting underneath all of the healing and self-development: I didn't want the rest of my life to become an endless investigation into everything that had ever hurt.
The deeper work mattered. But so did joy. Connection. Love. Intuition. Presence. Adventure. Being fully alive.
That became the next chapter of my own work — integration and embodiment.
For me, that means honouring what you've lived through without making it the centre of everything that comes next.
These beliefs sit underneath the way I facilitate, the spaces I create and the work I continue to build.
We cannot understand every part of ourselves through thought alone. The body gives us information, sensation and access to parts of experience that words sometimes cannot reach.
I believe in intuition, inner knowing and our connection to something beyond the limits of the conscious mind. You do not need to define that in the same way I do.
The intention is not to spend your life becoming endlessly better at working on yourself. It is to become more present, connected and available for the life that is already here.
I don't teach this only because I studied it. My own experience of rebuilding, breathwork, embodiment and learning to trust myself sits underneath the way I work.
Nearly two decades working with people through fitness, movement and coaching shaped the way I understand the body, resilience, behaviour and the relationship between physical and internal experience.
My facilitation is intuitive and spiritually grounded. I listen to what is happening beyond a set script and allow the session to respond to the person and experience in front of me.
I care about what happens after the session. Insight becomes more meaningful when it can be translated into choices, action and the way you actually live.
Safety is not something I simply tell you is present. It is something I pay attention to through the breath, the body and the way you respond in the room. Nothing needs to be forced or performed. Sometimes support is needed, and sometimes the most supportive thing I can offer is space.
My work is grounded in nearly two decades of coaching — from personal training, group fitness and functional coaching, to education, leadership, private lifestyle support and deeper personal work.
Alongside coaching, I’ve spent much of my adult life building and leading businesses, including Cube43 Fitness & Wellness. That experience has shaped how I understand responsibility, balance, change and creating a life that feels sustainable, not just successful.
Over time, my work expanded into breathwork, meditation, somatics, psychic and mediumship work, energy work and shamanic practices.
Not into another identity built around fixing, healing or trying to become enough.
Into more presence. More trust. More feeling. More connection. More freedom to hear yourself clearly and choose from somewhere deeper.
If something in this work feels familiar, explore the different ways we can work together and begin from wherever you are now.
